The Fleece Fortress

Sometimes, you need to go off-grid to get your clarity back.

This is the working title for my newest book idea—equal parts slow-burn saga, emotional healing arc, and Nordic chaos. It follows Sofie, a woman who's had enough of mixed signals and emotional yo-yos. After a year of confusing silence from someone she once shared a deeply personal connection with, she boards a plane to Norway—not for him, but for herself.

Armed with nothing but a backpack, a fleece blanket, and a whole lot of emotional whiplash to unpack, she sets out to primitive camp alone across Norway while she sorts through what love, self-worth, and peace really mean.

It’s part travel narrative, part soul-search, and part “why is emotional vulnerability harder for some men than assembling a Combi-Camp in the rain?”

I'm still in the early chapters, but I’m excited about this one. It’s personal. It’s raw. And it’s got more truth under that blanket than most people say out loud.

More updates coming soon.
